  Signed up online for Shaw services almost a year ago and had some questions. Went in store since I was in the area. Wow were these folks friendly! Answered all my questions promptly and didn't even care that I had bi-passed them and ordered through the website.
  
  I've since gone in a few times to ask about services and pay my bill; Always greeted with enthusiasm and the feeling that they all really like their job and the customers. Would recommend stopping in rather than using the online or phone help desks!
