  Don't listen to negative reviews. Richard and the team are nothing short of fantastic. Always go above and beyond what is necessary. Can't fault one bit. Used on a regular basis over past 4 months.

  The best car rental experience that we have had in a long time. The car that we got was very nice and reliable and the staff were very friendly and professional. I'm going to try to rent through Avis whenever I can thanks to this experience.
