  I own this company and Harry Keith was the rudest and most disrespectful customer I hàve ever dealt with . He talked down and belittle me in front of his family for being late, even though I was on Site at 8:30am.No message ,not answering his phone or leaving a note .I waited for 25 minutes tried 4 times calling his cell phone and residence leaving a massage on his phone and note on his door that I will call him after i have finished a service call close by .I had 6 other service calls on this date .I still do gas work for this appliance company. I also have had over 1300 customers in the past 14 years in business and had 6 issues. I would say this is well above the average for a service company .far as giving him the finger I threw my hand up in disgust.
  He also didn't respond to my statement with the bbb. backing up his exaggeration on these accusations. I blame the bbb for posting this false statement ,whom felt oblige to put the content in even though I proved Harry Keith's lies and ignorance.
