I find cheap flights online through various sites then I ask the travel agent to book it for me. When you book with a travel agent there are some assurances you can't get booking on your own. If I'm stuck in a city having had a flight cancelled, my travel agent can book another flight for me and get me out of my mess. It's such a great partnership for travelling, not to mention they are a one-stop shop for all means of travel. I just recently called for upcoming travel and Jordan was awesome. He texted me and told me he noticed the flights I wanted had gone down in price and that I should book soon. Well I got the cheapest flight to Montreal, multi-city flying out of Ottawa than I thought possible! He looked into my train tickets too! I can't say enough. Thanks!
