- Bree-Lyssa Boucher Added 2017-12-04★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Staff needs to be more educated on the deals and services the hotel provides. Lots of miscommunication. Was told the breakfast buffet services were included with my bookings yet when we went to eat we were slapped with a bill. The restaurant did great service but the hotel wouldn't address the situation at hand properly. Fair warning make sure you grab names while dealing with the concierge's desk.
