- April Gilliland Added 2018-04-15★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This is a charming place for afternoon tea. The backdrop of the garden is the perfect complement to tea. The prices seem steep, but afternoon tea in Victoria is always expensive and it's nowhere near the price of tea at the Fairmont Empress. There is the option to sit inside or outside. There is a bathroom and a gift shop.
